Advance CU staff team

The day-to-day operation of Advance Credit Union is by a team of paid employees headed up by the CEO. Volunteers and partner organisations also operate the Community Collection Points. We have a volunteer board of directors who bring their experience and skills to oversee and steer the operation of the business. They are elected by the Members at the Annual General Meeting of the credit union. 

All officers and volunteers sign a declaration of confidentiality, so all members’ information is kept totally confidential at all times. A qualified auditor prepares the Annual Audit Report that is submitted to the members at their Annual General Meeting.
